For eligible designs, we offer personalized engraving on suitable metal surfaces. A name. A date. Initials. A few meaningful words.
A subtle detail can transform a beautiful piece of pearl jewelry into something uniquely personal—whether created for yourself or for someone important to you.
Engraving availability, character limits, font options, and placement depend on the individual design and available engraving area.
OPTIONAL GUILD CERTIFICATION
Independent Grading, When You Would Like Added Assurance
An independent GUILD pearl grading report may document characteristics such as pearl type, size, shape, color, and other applicable grading information.
You can choose to add GUILD verification and certification for an additional fee. Our jewelry specialists can confirm whether GUILD Certification is available for the pearl jewelry you are considering and advise you of the applicable fee and estimated additional processing time.

Our jewelry specialists will work closely with you to refine every detail until the design feels exactly right, while also confirming the estimated production and delivery timeline. Once everything is finalized to your satisfaction, you will receive a personalized order invitation to review, approve, and place your custom order.

Once the custom order is placed, your piece will be prepared according to the agreed specifications and carefully reviewed before shipment.

Personalized South Sea Golden Pearl Stud Earrings
After comparing several options, the client chose JESCOJES for a pair of 18K gold South Sea Golden Pearl Stud Earrings, drawn by the quality of our pearls, the flexibility of our custom service, and the option of independent third-party grading.
She contacted us with several specific requests: to increase the pearl size to approximately 12mm, upgrade the pearl grade from the standard AAA specification shown on the product page to AAAA, add solid 18K gold earring backs, and include independent GUILD pearl grading and certification for additional assurance.
Within 3 business days, our jewelry specialists helped finalize the pearl selection, earring back specification, and pricing. After the order was confirmed, the earrings were handcrafted in approximately 3 business days, followed by around 5 business days for GUILD grading and report issuance.
The completed earrings were then shipped, and the client received them approximately 10 days later. She later reached out to share her satisfaction with both the finished piece and the overall custom experience.

Can you create a completely new design?
At this stage, we do not offer fully bespoke jewelry created entirely from scratch. Our custom service is centered around selected pearl jewelry designs from the existing JESCOJES collection, allowing you to personalize elements such as the pearl type, grade, size, color, precious metal, engraving, and other available details.
Our goal is to give you greater freedom to make a JESCOJES design feel more personal and better suited to your individual preferences.

How is custom pricing determined?
Custom pricing varies depending on the selected design, pearl specifications, precious metal, engraving, and any certification requirements. You will receive a personalized quote for review before your order is confirmed.
We always aim to keep our pricing as competitive as possible while maintaining the quality standards expected of JESCOJES. Our custom quotes are carefully calculated to reflect the materials, craftsmanship, and services involved, with unnecessary markups kept to a minimum.
Can I use a discount code or other promotion on a custom order?
Because custom orders are individually quoted based on the selected materials, specifications, and services, they are not eligible for website promotions, promotional pricing, or discount codes.
The personalized quote we provide already reflects our best available pricing for your custom piece.
How long does a custom order take?
Once your custom order is confirmed and placed, the piece typically requires approximately 3–5 business days for handcrafting and final quality inspection. Personal engraving or GUILD Certification will require additional processing time, depending on the service requested.
After shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 5–12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you change your mind after placing a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to accommodate requested changes or arrange a cancellation. Once production has started, however, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because custom pieces are made specifically to your approved specifications, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or materially different from the specifications confirmed for your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide relevant details and photographs. We will review the matter with you and, once the issue has been verified, work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
