Shipping Costs
Shipping fee per order is $9.90. We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $69.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified in product details. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
1. North America orders will be shipped from our warehouse in P.R.China or Republic of Korea, and our delivery partners (such as: UPS, Fedex, USPS) will deliver to your delivery address.

We currently do not support shipping to remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam, APO/FPO military addresses.
2. International orders (Non North America) will be shipped from our warehouse in P.R.China or Republic of Korea.

Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we experience excess orders. Please allow extra transit days for delivery. If there is a noticeable delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
We do not guarantee carrier transit times. Estimated delivery times will be provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather or special circumstances.
Delivery Partner
Our delivery partners are Fedex, UPS and USPS, etc.
We will choose the best logistics delivery method for customers according to the delivery address.
Buy multiple products in one order, will they be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure that all your items arrive at the same time. However, our products are not always sent together as different shipping options are sometimes used depending on the product and its availability.
Shipping Rules
1. Free shipping is available on orders exceeding $69.
2. We are not guaranteed for the shipping transition time. The estimated delivery time will be provided by the shipping carrier, the ETA may vary due to the weather or special situation.
3. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we processed and shipped your order within 24 hours and we are not able to cancel your order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. You can return it to our warehouse once you receive the package. Please see our return policy for more details. If we did not process your order, we are able to cancel it per your request.
4. You may receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, issues your shipment tracking number. For more details, please view: Track my order
5. We do not offer local pickup.
6. Any applicable tariffs on orders shipped to customers will be borne by JESCOJES.
7. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to the customer providing the wrong shipping address when placing the order. If there is any error in your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once we ship a package, we cannot retrieve, redirect or otherwise interfere with delivery to its destination.
8. We are not responsible for items that are not insured or that have tracking numbers that fail to update to a delivered status, for any reason, including shipping carrier’s system errors. We will not issue refunds or be held liable for lost, stolen, or confiscated items.
