Do you have a warranty?

Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs.

We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage. This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a lost pearl or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of JESCOJES.

Please submit any warranty requests to service@jescojes.com and our team will follow up with you within 2 business days. The round-trip express delivery fee and taxes that may occur will be borne by you.

How can I track my order?

Have an account?

Great! Login and head over to your JESCOJES account and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

What is the return policy?

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team by service@jescojes.com and we will do our best to support you.

DOES JESCOJES PROVIDE ENGAGEMENT RINGS ANDWEDDING BANDS?

JESCOJES advocates that contemporary people have the courage to explore their own selves, transcend themselves and show their true selves as the concept of light luxury jewelry and accessories to help people play the protagonist of their own lives with a confident mindset and a happy mood at all times.

Currently we focus on categories of major daily scenarios such as office, business, party, holiday and social activities, etc. So we do not provide engagement rings or wedding bands at the present.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELLERY?

For jewelry that shines like new, please follow our care instructions:

  • Wearing your jewelry regularly is key as it allows natural oils from your skin to enhance its luster.
  • Avoid wearing multiple metal pieces simultaneously to prevent collision, deformation, or scratches. Keep harsh chemicals like hair spray, bleach, chlorine, or toothpaste away from your jewelry.
  • Keep your jewelry dry, avoid wearing it while swimming or near hot springs and seawater.
  • When not in use, gently wipe the surface with a cotton cloth or tissue to remove moisture and dirt. Then store it in a sealed bag or box to prevent contact with air.
How do I know the recommended necklace length?

Necklace and pendant comes in a huge variety of lengths and the recommended length varies from person to person. By default, our pendants are paired with a 40-45cm chain, which is the universal chain length. You can also refer to the details of each item for more information.
